Paintings
External: one coat of white wash 2 coats of putty and Emulsion paint for Front elevation and all remaining sides.
Internal: One coat of white wash and 2 coats of Emulsion paint with putty finish
Doors & Windows: One coat of wood Primer and 2 coats putty, 2 coats of Enamel paint.
Water supply: 24 hour’s water supply from bore well
Toilets: Glazed ceramic tiles dado upto 7’-0” height white sanitary with concealed piping One wash basin in dining area
Electricity: Concealed copper wiring with sufficient points. (Provision for A.C., Mixer, Fridge, Telephone & other Internal Points or Sufficient points provided)
Lift: 6 Passenger Lift facility will be provided (ISI make)
Generator: 24hrs power backup generator facility will be provided.
Stair Case & Corridor: Granite flooring Staircase and corridor along with stainless steel railing for staircase.
